Within 24 hours of hospitalisation, family members to approach the hospital / TPA to share the patiens health card details

Family members to coordinate with the hospital / TPA for arranging with the preauthourisation request

TPA to review the request and authorises cashless claim service as per policy T & C

On discharge to verify hospital bills for accuracy and sign.

Any amount over and above the preauthorised to be paid at time of discharge
